What is Priority Call service?
With Priority Call, you will know who is calling before you even answer the phone. Simply specify the numbers (up to 32) that you would like to be able to identify before answering the phone. Then, whenever you receive a cal from one of those numbers, your phone will have a distinctive ring. Click here for pricing information.
To Activate:
- Press *61. Listen for instructions.
- Press “3” to activate.
To Deactivate:
- Press *61. Listen for instructions.
- Press “3” to deactivate.
Things You Should Know:
If you have Call Waiting, you will hear a distinctive Call Waiting tone when Priority Call is calling your telephone number.
