How do I prevent emails from getting stuck in my SPAM folder / eScout?
You can create a rule that allows you to pre-approve a group of emails or individual email address so you never have to go searching in your eScount SPAM folder again. For a specific email, type or copy and paste in the e-mail address, check whitelist and click add to list.
For adding a group of users (by domain name) utilize a wildcard (*) and the domain. For example, you want to receive all emails from your coworkers and everyone in your company is using emails that end in @myfakeworkplace.com.
Type in *@myfakeworkplace.com here:
Check Whitelist and click add to list:
Now every e-mail that ends in @myfakeworkplace.com will always go to your Inbox.
