Can I transfer my service to another location?

Yes! If you’re moving, you can transfer your internet service to your new address. Simply fill out our Service Transfer Request form, and our team will contact you to confirm availability of services at your new location.

If you’re currently under contract, a $50 transfer fee applies. If your contract has ended, starting a new service agreement at your new address waives the $50 transfer fee.

When submitting your transfer request, please let us know the date you’d like your service transferred. Don’t forget to take your ATC router with you to your new location so we can get your service up and running as quickly as possible.
