Your ATC Account Just Got More Secure

Passwords are required to do just about everything on the Web, from checking your email to online banking. And while it’s simpler to use a short, easy-to-remember password, this also poses a serious risk to your online security.

In an effort to help protect the privacy of your ATC account, we have recently beefed up our online password requirements.  The next time you log into your ATC account online, you will be prompted to update your account password if it does not meet our new security requirements. Additionally, you will also be prompted to set up a new “Account PIN” (used to verify your identity when you contact us) if you don’t already have one on file.

Choosing a new secure password (that you can actually remember) can be tough. But don’t worry! We’ve put together a cool video full of tips and tricks for creating the perfect password.  This video even applies to virtually every online account! Once you watch it, you’ll feel confident about updating your ATC account password AND managing every other password in your online world.

Good news! Recent upgrades now allow you to log into your account using your email address (instead of your 10 digit phone number or account number).
We’ve also changed our password requirements to help protect your personal information.
