COVID-19 Press Release

In response to Governor Little’s recent “Stay-Home” order, ATC Communications has joined with thousands of other Idahoans to minimize the spread of COVID-19. First and foremost, please be assured that ATC will continue to provide first-class communication services during these challenging times. However, in an effort to protect and serve both employees and customers, the following changes have been recently implemented.

All office lobbies are temporarily closed to the public. Customers can still pay their bill by leaving a payment in our dropbox or paying online. We can also take your card payment over the phone. If you experience any service related issues or concerns, please call our 24/7 Technical Support. We’re also available via email or online chat at www.atcnet.net/contact-us.

Free 30 day wifi connections for students. ATC is passionate about education and is a long-time supporter of the youth in our communities. If you have a student residing in your home who needs access to the internet for educational purposes, please contact us about a free 30-day in-home connection. Although some restrictions may apply, we promise to do our best to ensure every student stays connected while safe at home.

Safety First. We’re in this together. During the past month ATC has implemented a variety of precautionary changes to help ensure everyone’s safety. Our employees are either working from home, or completely self-isolated at their office. Our technicians are doing everything possible to provide internet solutions without entering your home. However, if an inside visit is necessary, be advised that we may ask a few health-related questions first. Please do your part to keep everyone safe and do not request a technician visit if you’ve experienced flu-like symptoms or have been asked to quarantine.

Delays are to be expected. We are doing our absolute best to keep up with the recent surge of Idahoans needing to work and educate from home. Please be patient as we process your requests.

Here’s some GOOD NEWS! As millions of us are changing the way we live and work, we promise to keep you connected to businesses, communities, and each other through the power of the internet. Our networks are built to meet future broadband demands as the need to work or educate at home increases. If your broadband needs have recently changed, please contact us. In most cases we can boost your internet speed without a technician ever stepping foot inside your home.
