In memory of our leader, ODeen K. Redman, we established the ODeen K. Redman Memorial Scholarship in 2014. ODeen served as President & CEO from 1965-2013, leaving a lasting impact on our organization and communities we serve. Since its inception, the scholarship has awarded a total of $61,000 to graduating high school seniors.
We are proud to see ODeen's legacy continue through the achievements and aspirations of these students, who will go on to accomplish great things.
To apply, please follow the instructions below and submit your completed application by May 8, 2026.
Application Process
Eligibility
Applicants must be:
- 2026 graduating high school seniors
- Must have parents/guardians who are current ATC customers
Children or grandchildren of ATC employees are ineligible

To apply for the scholarship, please send the following to your nearest ATC office or email atc@atcnet.net
- Completed scholarship application found below
- Copy of high school transcript
- A minimum of one letter of recommendation
- Letter of intent
