How long does it take to get my service connected?

Connection timelines depend on whether your location already has service. If service is available at your address, installation is typically completed within 3–5 business days after we receive your order. If fiber construction is required, the timeline is longer. Most fiber construction projects take 3–6 months, depending on the size of the project and the number of homes being connected. Because fiber construction is a complex, labor-intensive process, we’re unable to provide an exact connection date for individual homes until the project is further along.
