How do I use call forwarding?

Call forwarding is an add-on service available by request. Please contact us if you would like to add on this additional service. Click here for pricing information.

To Activate/Deactivate Call Forwarding From Your HOME Phone:

  • To activate dial *72. When you hear a ‘studder’ dial tone, enter the 10-digit phone number of where you want the calls to forward to.
  • To deactivate dial *73.  When you hear a ‘studder’ dial tone, enter the 10-digit phone number of where you want the calls to forward to.

To Activate/Deactivate Call Forwarding While AWAY FROM HOME:

  1. Contact us to obtain your Call Forwarding Pin.
  2. Dial our Call Forward Access Number from any number and listen to instructions.
